During the appointment a review of your home is done with you, room by room, and offer suggestions on furniture placement, and updates. This $150 service is done by Brenda Spencer, of Spencer Staging ReDesign, and includes a written customized Report outlining the things that will increase the value of your home making it a buyers dream.
